Open Access and Article Processing Charge (APC)

All articles published in Proceedings of the Technical University of Sofia (ISSN: 2738-8530, ISSN: 2738-8549) are published in full open access.
In order to provide free access to readers, and to cover the costs of the peer review, copyediting, and typesetting, an article processing charge (APC) of:

60 BGN without VAT for the staff of the Technical University of Sofia;
72 BGN (20% VAT included) for all other authors.

must be paid.

In addition to Bulgarian Lev (BGN), we also accept payment in Euros (EUR), according to the exchange rate, which is 1 euro = 1.95583 BGN.
The APC is applied only to accepted for publication papers.
