Information about the conference

TELECOM 2025 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE.
 
The conference will be held as a hybrid event. For participants who have restrictions to attend the conference personally,
opportunities for virtual presentation will be provided. The preferred mode of participation is in person to participate actively
in the conference and in the associated events.

Prospective authors are invited to prepare and record papers on the listed topics. Each author can participate in at most two papers.
A maximum four pages paper should be recorded on the conference site after registration. The papers should contain: title,
authors' names, contact information, short abstract, keywords, main contents and references. Each paper will be reviewed
by two reviewers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, as well as for indexing in Scopus.

The authors may also submit papers to be published in a journal "ELECTROTECHNICA & ELECTRONICA" (E+E)
or in a CD Telecom Conference Proceedings. They will not be included in the IEEE Xplore library.

GENERAL INFORMATION

TELECOM is an annual national scientific-technical conference with international participation, covering a wide range of issues in communication systems
and state-of-the-art networks – from the theoretical research, to the latest innovations and technical achievements, and successful practical implementations.
The aim of the Conference is to create opportunities and help experts and specialists in different telecommunication fields to exchange new research, knowledge
and technical expertise. The discussions will contribute to the creation of new ideas and trends in the development of telecommunications in Bulgaria. 

The Papers of the Telecom conference are published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library from 2019 to 2024 on web address:

• Selected papers (CD Telecom Conference Proceedings with the presentations in the plenary sessions, papers in Bulgarian and abstracts of all papers) - from 2019 to 2024

• Information on archived websites of the editions of the Telecom conferences – from 2012 to 2024.

Participation of leading Bulgarian and foreign companies is planed. An exhibition and round table will be organized.

The papers are included in the program after reviewing. They are recorded electronically in to the conference website under doc or docx format and also under pdf format.
Any participation fee entitles to submit one paper.

The official languages is English and Bulgarian.
