Абстракт: In this paper, an attempt was made to outline the perspectives of the main components of cybernetic reality - virtual reality, augmented reality, mixed reality and fog computing mix in education and e-governance, in the conditions of the forthcoming implementation of high-speed 5G communication technologies. The review examines the current applications of each of these technologies and the unresolved problems in their current implementation. The risks of fog calculations development for free access to correct information are affected. Solutions are proposed to enhance further development and application of these technologies in education and e-governance.
