The calibration scheme and a mathematical model describing it are presented. A procedure for measurement uncertainty evaluating at hygrometers calibration has been developed. The issues of increasing the hygrometer calibration productivity associated with the processing of measurement results are investigated. Recommendations on the use of the characteristics of the range of observations sample for the evaluating numerical value of the measurand and its type A standard uncertainty are given.
