Абстракт: В статията е разгледано планиране на експеримента по метода на Тагучи за влиянието на параметрите при 3D принтиране върху точността на размерите. Показано е как да се изпълни дизайн на Тагучи с помощта на DOE в Minitab. На базата на дизайна на Тагучи за експерименталната методология и по-точно толерантността, се установи, че дебелината на слоя и скоростта на печат са най-влиятелните параметри за точността на печат.

Title: APPLICATION OF TAGUCHI METHOD FOR ANALYZING THE DIMENSIONAL ACCURACY IN 3D PRINTING

Abstract: The article discusses the design of experiments using Taguchi method for the impact of 3D printing parameters on dimensional accuracy. It has been shown how to perform Taguchi design using DOE in Minitab. Based on Taguchi design of experimental methodology, or more precisely tolerance, it was found that the key parameters affecting printing accuracy were layer thickness and print speed.
