To participate in InfoTech-2026, you must register in the Conference management system and upload your papers to it, and send by e-mails below Application Form (in Word version) before May 15^th, 2026

The papers will be evaluated for similarity and blind reviewed for their scientific content and authors will be notified (by e-mail) for acceptance or rejection. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance, and originality.


After acceptance, authors must complete and email the Registration Form to the organizers. The revised and final versions of accepted papers must be submitted by e-mail in camera-ready form before July 15^th, 2025. For procedures, see the deadlines in the next section.


InfoTech Conference will be organized with three phases: 
Phase (1): Publication by participants of presentations on accepted papers (01-25 August 2026);
Phase (2): Preliminary online familiarization of participants with the presentations on the conference website (01-09 September 2025);
Phase (3): Virtual e-forum with personal contacts and discussion of the papers among registered participants (10-11 September 2026).

Registration is completed via the conference website. The Application Form (Word format) should be sent by e-mail to the conference organizers, while the full paper in English must be uploaded to the Conference management system. Starting the Reviewing process.

Deadline: 15 June, 2026

Reports reviewing and acceptance confirmation by sending Reviewer’s Reports.

Deadline: 15 July, 2026

Registration for participation by Fee payment, fill in the Registration Form and Revised paper submission. Full information about the registration fees depending on the form of participation is presented in the Call for Papers.

Deadline: 25 August 2026

Upload in the Conference management system prepared PPT-presentation of the accepted papers for publishing in the virtual discussion forum.

11-12 September 2026

Virtual Conference – Final discussions and comments.
