Title: Functional Generator Software Optimization Through Virtual Instruments

Abstract: This report presents software optimization of the GW Instek AFG-2005 functional generator by providing functionality to it to perform control on vibration impact system. The generator is controlled via the LabVIEW software environment. The difficulties that arose during the optimization and their solution are presented.
