Title: Search Correspondence between the Roles of the Brainstorming Participants and Belbin's Team Roles

Abstract: In the paper presented the method of brainstorming with some examples is presented and the main requirements to the moderator, discussion participants and critics have been analyzed. The correspondence between the performing roles of the participants in the brainstorming session and the team roles of Belbin was determined. The procedure of brainstorming session with participants who are ideally suited for Belbin's team roles is described. An experiment was carried out with students performing a course project on machine elements using the developed method. The experiment showed the greater efficiency of the project teams, formed in accordance with the Belbin methodology and performing brainstorming in accordance with the developed recommendations.
