Abstract: The aim of the paper is to show the steps in the development of a complete system for automating the process of removing parking clamps. For this purpose, the following tasks should be taken into consideration: 3D modeling and prototyping the clamp, selection of electronic components, design and implementation of the smart clamp and of cross-platform mobile application and building a network server.
