Abstract: The new products have to fulfil the general safety requirements prior to theirs placing on the marked. Any failure that is connected to safety checks would require changes in the design, which is associated with both additional costs and extra development time. Hence, the implementation of the essential requirements must be ensured during the design process. The hazards as well as solutions how to avoid them are recorded in the applicable standards. In many cases a solution of a particular task involves a number of harmonized standards that contains a significant amount of information. This potentially creates a risk some requirements to be overlooked and as a result products that are not safe to be created. Nowadays CAD systems are the main design tool when new products are developed. This creates opportunity the information provision related to the essential requirements to be automated to a considerable degree. To ensure high efficiency and minimize errors information systems of th
