Abstract: The main purpose of this article is, on the basis of theoretical and practical studies, to present an analysis of the current state of the work process, via which the activities for checking websites and mobile applications are performed. The analysis is performed through the basic principles of total quality management. As a result of the conclusions made, a model for process improvement is presented, through which quality, reliable, and accessible information can be provided when checking websites and mobile applications for compliance with standardized requirements.
