The paper aims to find the most common and used Key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Chatbot software compared to other developed software. For the research to be completed, the scientific work and the tools used in the practice were analysed. Thanks to this analysis, we found the common KPIs between the different In conclusion, the two most common and used KPIs are Active Users and Sessions.
