Abstract: For the use of a neural network model as a mean for machine learning (ML) for a specific task, the tools used for the design and implementation of a neural network (NN) with a specific architecture, as well as for training and tuning the neural neural parameters are important. The choice of efficient software tools for the design of a neural network model improves the overall process of designing, implementing, training and using NN. The purpose of choosing software tools and libraries for the implementation of a neural network model is to speed up the process of designing and using NN for ML with a main focus on the problem being solved with the specific input data. The means of implementation discussed in the current work will be demonstrated by conducting an analysis of privacy policies.
