Abstract: The article examines a gesture-controlled IoT ecosystem, which allows a cyber- glove with sensors located on each finger to control various peripherals such as robotic arm and dronе. Multiple sensors attached to the glove can be processed in series or in parallel depending on the receiving module. Raspberry Pi was chosen in the study because it allows parallel processing and multitasking. Pre-processor optimization is implemented, after which the tasks are submitted for execution by the thread pool. Thread pool performance is measured in different scenarios depending on pre-processing algorithm.
