Abstract: The rapid development of technology in the digital age has triggered a radical change in the management of human resources. This paper outlines the different concepts and views on the nature of the digital management of human resources. Based on our own survey carried in large and medium size undertakings, industrial enterprises’ best practice in digital human resources management is presented.
