Abstract: A mathematical model for the tissue amperometric cosubstrate sensitive system with the presence of measured substrate in the tissue is described. The solution of differential non-linear system is found. For the approximation of the two substrates ( the measured and that in the peel) is used the Taylor's serieses. The output current for those biosensor system involving different diffusions coefficients is found. For the experiments is used an oxygen electrode like medial transducer, for the tissue are used banana pulp and banana peel.
