Abstract: The effectiveness and efficiency evaluation of hightech enterprises is directly connected with the degree of produced goods and offered services innovation. On its part, in the upmost degree, this is what directly depends on the human capital of a high-tech enterprise. Reasonably question emerged about job implementation evaluation in order to reach the company goals. On the other side, the most responsible for reaching the goals of high-tech enterprises positions are characterised with requirement for a high level of workcreativity. In this paper the authors analyse some of the basic points of view concerning evaluation of task achievements and they propose criteria to choose a method for their assessment in conditions of high-tech enterprises. In this paper are exposed on analysis different method about evaluation of job implementation. Defined their relevance from point of view of creative professions implemented in high - technological enterprises.
