Keywords: Change management , high-tech organizations , Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs)

Abstract: Bulgarian Industrial Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) have to be really innovative and flexible in order not only to survive at the market, but to develop competitive advantages. Decisions today are not necessary to be the right for tomorrow, but still the management should try to react proactively to this uncertain environment. Change management is difficult and complex process that becomes even more complicated when we consider change for industrial enterprises in terms of financial and human dimensions. In order to decrease uncertainty in the process of planning and implementation change, we elaborate the methods for risk analysis and on this base - to help managers to eliminate in some degree the uncertainty.
