Abstract: The report presents a detailed methodology for effectiveness in applying for grant funding for energy efficiency of enterprises. The general approach, which determines the potential efficiency, is indicated, on one hand, on the basis of the financial resources received from the operational programme, and on the other hand, the costs and the risk borne by the beneficiary implementing such type of grant funded projects.
