Title: Study of Energy Efficiency in a Class of CNC Machine Tools

Abstract: The possibilities for reducing the energy consumption in CNC turning machines are formulated and analyzed in this paper. On this basis, some measures for energy efficiency improvement are offered. Experimental results from the research carried out are presented and discussed. This study and the results obtained can be used in the modernization and practical application of the considered class of machine tools.
