Абстракт: In the present article, a comparative analysis on principles of TDM, WDM and TWDM multiplexing in passive optical network in the exchange of information in communication networks is performed. Bandwidth, frequency bands and optical power budget of the optical cable line are considered. The results of the research can be used as a theoretical recommendation for selection and practical construction of passive optical network infrastructures.
