Based on the conducted research, the current state of the human resources management system in industrial enterprises and the degree of introduction of digitalization of HR activities were analyzed. The main problems and difficulties related to their digitalization are formulated, as well as guidelines for improving the management of human resources in the studied enterprises. References Issue
