Abstract: The object of study in this work is the impact of the choice of methodology in applying the elements of the virtual learning environment of teachers on attitudes to learning the cold. Examines a specific configuration of e-learning platforms - "Blackboard" and "Zoom", called in the article a virtual learning environment. Discussed are certain elements of the virtual learning environment realized and algorithms for their implementation, the effectiveness of which is evidenced by the results obtained. The target groups for this study were students from various engineering disciplines and degrees of Engineering and Pedagogical Faculty - Sliven. The initiative for the survey was prompted by an emergency situation where the training of students and pupils held a default form. This period of training in general has serious effects on motivation and attitudes towards learning. This work is provoking discussion questions related to improving the quality of education.
