Title: Influence of the Heating on the Force of a Solenoid Actuator with T-Shaped Armature

Abstract: The study carried out in the paper is connected with electromagnetic actuator having T-shaped moving part. Results from both numerical and experimental studies of the way the winding heating influences the magneto-motive and the electromotive force are given. The numerical data are obtained with the help of a 3D computer model. The optimum current load on the winding is defined, at which maximum electromagnetic force is obtained in case of a boundary winding temperature.
