This report examines the aims and stages of the energy efficiency survey, as well as the path and ways of striking a balance between energy consumption and occupant comfort, according to the particularities and mode of use of the buildings. In conclusion, the choice of energy-saving measures is a balance between technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
