Voice and subjectivity, voice and exit, voice and change, voice of the leader and that of the employee, voice of the mentor are the main areas of study. Some novel aspects are described on the basis of meta-analysis of literature in philosophy and organizational behavior. The main thesis is about the importance of the voice culture, seen as the voice culture of the manager and as a dimension of the organizational environment as well. In this sense, the text can be stimulating as a guidance to improve personal and organizational behavior. Библиография Издание
