Abstract: The aim of the presented experimental study is to test and adjust the practical steps in already developed procedure for assessment of the impact of the indoor environment over occupant productivity and performance. For the purpose of the study, students from third year in Technical University – Sofia were selected as human subject assessment panel. Their subjective votes were taken and will be analyzed and presented elsewhere. In this paper are investigated factors, which have significant impact over the organization and the performance of the experimental study, such as: factors concerning the experimental set-up; factors concerning the clearance and degree of understanding of the questionnaires; factors concerning the estimated times for the different activities; factors concerning the participants in the assessment panel and Factors concerning the research persons involved.
