Abstract: In this paper we present the results from a numerical modeling of the cathode emissivity in Electron Beam Generators (EBG) for electron beam systems. Using the Finite Elements Method (FEM) we present results from numerical simulation of the electric, thermal and electrostatic processes in the (EBG).
