Title: Diversity in nature and technology — Tool for increase the reliability of systems Keywords: reliability, security, diversity, detection, identification Abstract: On the basis of a comparative analysis an analogy can be made between the diversity of technology and the diversity of nature. As a result of this analysis, philosophical summaries have been made. The role of the diversity in the technique for complex achievement of better indicators is considered: reliability, security, detection, identification, which ensure a higher probability of system survival (survivability). Suggestions for further scientific developments in the field of research and application of the diversity of technology are given. References Issue
