Abstract: This paper concerns a queuing model of marketing of small company, simulated by GPSS. This company has a fixed number of customers and has reached a dynamic equilibrium - the number of new customers is approximately equal to the number of refusal ones for various reasons, often they cannot wait and others have found a better deal. Incidentally, the company receives a relatively large public contract, which significantly loads the capacity and over a period of time, for example, several months, as a final result a company loses customers. It takes a considerable period of time (years) for the company to regain its customers.
