Abstract: In recent years, innovative technology for printing sensors onto flexible substrates has been developed. As substrates for various printed sensors are used materials, which electrical and dielectric parameters are not referred to in the technical documentation. In this paper an approach for automated measuring of the dielectric parameters of a number of substrates that are often used in the cost effective printed electronics is presented.
