Абстракт: Digital communication requires not only technical skills, but ethical competence and cultural awareness as well. These two perspectives should enter into public discourse as part of the digital ethics development. This paper describes two different visions of the Internet - spatial and textual. They are the basis for formulating and systematizing problem areas in the ethical regulation of digital communication, and for understanding morally responsible behaviour in terms of ethical infrastructure and risk perception.
