Абстракт: The paper deals with the problem of improvement and optimization in enterprises and organizations as well as the possibilities to use optimization methods and algorithms for resource planning and business project management. Various methods and algorithms for optimization, including adaptive and heuristic algorithms are presented in view of solving job shop scheduling problem for resource planning in ERP. A general framework for resource planning and business process management is suggested that utilizes ant colony optimization, genetic algorithms and reinforcement learning.
