Abstract: We live in a world where huge amounts of data are collected every day. Analyzing these data is an important necessity. Every day, terabytes, even petabytes of data are poured into our computer networks, the World Wide Web, and into various storage devices from business, society, science and engineering, medicine, and almost every other aspect of everyday life. The main goal of the document is to offer software framework for semantic searching and recommendations of resources. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary to record in almost any user action in specialized logs, such as reviewing a resource, writing a post, liking a resource, etc.
