The aim of this paper is to construct conceptual frame for examination of startup company`s organizational ethics and culture. The text represents social constructivist and contextual approaches to organizational ethics and culture. Modern high-tech innovative entrepreneurial startup companies have their particular cultural features. Five approaches to organizational culture analysis of startup business companies are formulated. The generational cultural differences in understanding startup culture are especially emphasized. The possibilities of metaphorical approach to innovative organizational cultures are described as well. Some other used metaphors competing the cloud culture are compared based on academic texts and blogosphere study.
