Abstract: In the recent years, lean manufacturing concept is being followed by various organizations which mainly focus on improving the processes by eliminating and reducing waste. In the present paper, an approach for implementing lean manufacturing is presented, and the results of such implementation in a Bulgarian industrial enterprise are presented as well. The experience of the enterprise under consideration could be used by other companies from Bulgarian industrial sector.
