Абстракт: The paper focuses on cross-cultural organizational ethics, offering constructs for harmonization of cross-cultural interactions. It is a new research field in behavioral ethics, located between cross-cultural management and organizational behavior. Particularly аre considered those key issues that have implications for the actors in international projects and their management. The proposed study is conceptual and it clarifies the changing meaning of cultural sensitivity, intelligence, competence, as well as more rarely used in organizational communication notion of ethical competence.
