Абстракт: Ние проучихме възможността за използване на функцията "manufacturing user define feature", за да добавим към генерализирания постпроцесор G-POST многократно повтарящ се цикъл за грубо обработване G71 и цикъл за чисто обработване G70. Генерирането на този цикъл се използва за многопроходно обработване на валове и отвори. Комбинацията G71-G70 е много характерна за системите на FANUC, HAAS и др.

    Abstract: We examined the possibility to use function "manufacturing user define feature" to add to the generalized G-POST postprocessor to generate code for stock removal canned cycles G71 and finishing cycle G70. The generation of this code is used for treatment whit many passes a shafts and holes. The combination G71-G70 is very typical for systems used in the FANUC, HAAS and others. Represents one very useful for programming with embedded for easy adjustment of the regime on the specific conditions in the workshop through the modification of such important parameters such as cutting depth, feed, finish allowance etc.
