Абстракт: An analysis of the ethical aspects of sharing is proposed in this paper. The environment created by electronic communication and so called infosphere requires a new set of moral principles. In particular sharing has become a problem for organizational ethics. Ethics of sharing would be of special interest for professionals working in public administration, a field which is client-oriented and based on values of openness and dialogue.
