The paper rеpresents non-instrumetal, symbolic, and contextual approachеs to organizational culture. Modern high-tech innovative entrepreneurial startup initiatives have their particular cultural features. Five approaches for the analysis of organizational culture of startup business organizations are formulated. The generational cultural differences for understanding startup organizational culture are especially emphasized. The possibilities of metaphorical approach for understanding innovative organizational cultures are described. Organizational change to cloud cultural type is considered from the perspective of organizational learning. Some other used metaphors competing the cloud culture are compared based on scientific papers and blogosphere study.
