Абстракт: This paper presents a simplified mathematical model of PGV–1000 steam generator. The model describes steam generating process that takes place in the heat exchanger under consideration. For model development are used a series of equations that is part of a steam generator’s thermal calculations. Through mathematical equations implemented in MATLAB environment the steam flow rate, primary coolant outlet temperature and thermal power of the steam generator are calculated.
