Title: PEDOT:PSS Transparent Conductive Films On Flexible Substrates For Optoelectronic Devices Application: Impact Of The Temperature On Their Electromechanical Behavior
Keywords: PEDOT:PSS, transparent conductive polymers, flexible OLED, p

Abstract: The influence of the temperature and bending on the electro-optical properties of PEDOT:PSS films deposited on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates was investigated. The potential application of the films is anode in ITO-free flexible polymer light-emitting devices. We have designed labmade bending test system and chamber, maintaining constant thermal field to evaluate the electro-optical properties of the flexible anodes at different temperatures and mechanical loadings. The resistance change was evaluated to be less than 5 % in the temperature range from 22oC to 60oC after 10000 folding cycles. The films transparency in the visible region was measured to be average 81 % even after annealing at 60oC, which is suitable for optoelectronic applications. Simple polymer light-emitting diode (PLED) with electroluminescent poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) film between the PET/PEDOT:PSS anode and aluminium cathode, was fabricated to prove the device
