Abstract: The paper presents networked control system design in the frequency domain based on robust decentralized approach. The controller design procedure consists of two main steps: first, the controller design is carried out for a nominal model with time delay; then, the M- structure robust stability condition that considers changing time delays is verified. The nominal decentralized controller is designed using the Equivalent Subsystems Method for desired phase margin in equivalent subsystems. The design procedure is illustrated on a 3x3 example.
