Title: Practical Approach for Effective Project Management and Organization in Machine-building and Feeding System Projects Keywords: feeding systems, machine-building, organization, project management, resource managementAbstract: This paper suggests a practical approach for effective project management and organization of machine-building projects. In today's dynamic world, automation of processes takes an important role. More advanced technologies, new machines and utilities are integrated on daily basis in various production facilities with the sole purpose of automating industrial processes. The main aspects of automation are increase of quality, reduction of production costs, optimization of personnel resources and reduction of non-conforming parts. The approach follows up the process of development of machine-building projects from the point of view of the machine-builder as well as the customer. There are different tasks and processes to be followed in order to complete with a successful project, in time. Finishing projects in time is critical due to the fact industrial processes are dynamic and influenced by various factors. Each delay may lead to greater problems with logistics chains, customers, suppliers, etc. References - I. P. Bandurina, M. A. Bandurin, and A. P.
