Abstract: This article presents specific requirements related to the effectiveness of various business information systems in reporting on corporate social responsibility. The principles on which corporate social responsibility reporting is based are presented, and the objectives that a business information system must provide are outlined. A classification of the main functional and non-functional requirements that such a class of systems must meet, in addition to technical information and management mindset, is proposed.
