Title: Rethinking Academic Success: How Institutions Can Support Student Mental Health Keywords: anxiety, approach, mental health, stress, suggestions Abstract: Academic achievements are often associated mainly with high grades, but this ignores the profound impact of stress on students' health, both mental & physical. This study examines the connection between workload, deadlines & competition in educational environments, as well as their influence on students. Measures, such as flexible deadlines, access to psychological help & promotion of a balance between academic & personal life are highlighted. Alongside them, attention is also focused on smaller actions - regular short feedback surveys, open dialogue with teachers, & the creation of informal spaces for sharing difficulties.
