Abstract: The article studies the sandblasting process through statistical analysis and based on the results obtained, optimization is made to increase the quality and reduce the cost of manufacturing high-temperature sensors. Automation is applied to optimize the process with the implementation of a traceability system. Statistical methods - SPC and FMEA (risk analysis) are used to analyze the results of the study. Conclusions and a conclusion for future development have been made.
