Title: Methodology for Optimization and Validation of Electronic Products for a Smart Home Project
Keywords: optimization, smart home, statistics, test, validation

Abstract: The article addresses a methodology for the optimization and validation of electronic products for the construction of the smart home project. The aim is to ensure the necessary quality, and hence high reliability of electronic products so that the generation of waste after repair is forecasted and in a minimum quantity. The necessary and sufficient steps for validation (PV) of electronic products that cover the following PV tests have been studied: Ionic contamination, X-ray analysis, Shear test, Cross-section, Thermal shock, Low High temperature test, Humidity Bias test. Conclusions and a conclusion for future development have been made.
