Keywords: Peer observation, student-centred teaching, circular pedagog

Abstract: Peer observation is a broadly promoted concept for improving teaching and it is also considered to be a powerful tool for giving constructive feedback to lecturers besides enhancing collaborative culture. The main goal of this article is to inform readers about the Bulgarian participation in the ELaRa project of Peer Observation of teaching in partner universities in EUt+. It should be noted that the participants openly discussed key issues with their peers, striving at achieving better results in the teaching process, which is entirely centred on the interests and needs of their students, who, according to the concept of circular pedagogy, also have to take the roles of researchers and facilitators in order to face the challenges of the constantly changing professional and social reality.
