Abstract: This paper is related to the use of an optoelectronic system as such for measuring the linear displacement of loudspeakers and measuring low-frequency vibrations generated by sources of low-frequency sound waves. So known as Xmax and Xmech parameters of loudspeakers. These two parameters are of fundamental importance in the design of loudspeakers and audio systems in their diverse applications such as home, professional and car audio systems.
